EXECUTIVE
FUNCTION
COACHING

Why Executive Function Coaching?

A student’s academic success has more to do with their ability to take ownership of their responsibilities and learning than it does with what they are learning in school. Through the coaching process, students:

  • Learn how their brain works and develop skills and strategies to navigate school, home routines, and activities with confidence.
  • Create a plan for success, identify what’s working (and what’s not), and make necessary adjustments.
  • Build a toolbox of strategies and resources to help them manage responsibilities, stay organized, and thrive in school and beyond.

Hello! Interested in learning more about 1:1 executive function coaching? The first step is to get in touch.

Thank you for your work with my middle school son. The sessions were helpful in providing him with tools and techniques to support his success. I appreciate all of your help and look forward to seeing how the next school year goes. – B.S., middle school parent

Caroline was able to help me set goals and take small steps to achieve those goals. She also recognized the progress I made towards them. She has a unique way of seeing my potential and what I am capable of.  – Katie M., student

Sophomore year is going much better. Grades are strong, and there haven’t been any missing assignments. We’ve been able to touch base on Sundays, and she’s using her weekends more efficiently. Thanks again for your support!  – Lisa S., high school parent

Working with Caroline has been wonderful support for our family. Before coaching, efforts to talk with my daughter about grades and strategies weren’t always effective as she was becoming more independent, and it became clear that working with a third party would be helpful. Caroline has provided the structure and accountability she needed to take more ownership of her work as she started college, while also allowing me to take a step back. I can already see the growth in her independence, as she begins to recognize the value of planning, consistent effort, and the long-term benefits of putting in the extra time upfront. Thank you for your help, guidance, counsel… and all your tips and advice. We appreciate it!  – Kathy, college parent
