About

I’m a coach, speaker, life-long learner, outdoor lover, dog mom, and cookie connoisseur. I’m obsessed with books and the library is one of my favorite places. I love the morning and enjoy starting my day with a run.  It gets my brain going and my body moving so I am ready to take on the day, whatever that looks like.

I haven’t always known what I wanted to do but I have always known I’ve wanted to work with others and make an impact. In college, I almost dropped out of my education program with just a few months to go. Thankfully, I didn’t as it provided me the incredible opportunity to teach 5th grade at an international school in Venezuela. From there, I moved into the business world working for my entrepreneurial mother. We provided counseling programs, trainings, and community resources to empower college students as they pursued their educational aspirations. It was a gift to work with my mom and support the company she spent 30 years building. Always evolving, I transitioned into corporate leadership and organizational development, where I created leadership programs and coached employees on their career paths.

Officially, I’m a certified coach with a BA in Education and Linguistics, an MBA, and a graduate certificate in Organizational Psychology. I’ve worked in leadership development at both non-profit and Fortune 500 companies. With this knowledge and experience and through her process, her clients explore their values, gain clarity on their goals, and take inspired action to create the life of their dreams and discover all that’s possible for them.
